What does “within 10” mean?
Every answer stays at or below the range you pick: within 5, within 10 or within 20. Addition problems never exceed the range (3 + 4 is fine within 10, 7 + 8 is not), and subtraction minuends never exceed it — so early learners never meet a negative number or a sum they haven't learned yet.
Can I switch between addition, subtraction and mixed?
Yes — use the Operations menu above the sheet: Addition only, Subtraction only, or Mixed (the default), which alternates both on the same sheet. Mixed practice is the best quick check that a child has truly mastered the facts.
The sheet repeats — can I get new problems?
