1. The service
ClassCaddy provides free browser-based classroom tools (random pickers, timers, generators and scoreboards). The tools run entirely in your browser; we host only static files.
2. Free use
The tools are free for anyone — teachers, families, students, organizations — including classroom and commercial-adjacent uses like events and trainings. You may embed our tools on your own site using the embed codes. You may not resell the service, misrepresent it as your own product, or interfere with its operation.
3. Your data
All lists you create are stored in your browser and under your control, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for what you type into the tools and for complying with your school's data policies when entering student names.
4. Randomness & fairness
Selections use the browser's cryptographic random source (see the fairness page). We make no warranty that any specific outcome will occur, and the tools are provided for low-stakes decisions — not for gambling or any use where randomness failure could cause harm. For raffles with paid entry, comply with your local laws.
5. Availability & changes
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change or discontinue any part of it, and may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
6. Trademarks
Product names referenced (such as NBA, NFL and Pokémon team/character names) belong to their respective owners; reference is nominative fair use for free educational tools, with no affiliation or endorsement implied.
