Pick names without repeats

Fairness you can verify
Each pick calls the browser's cryptographic random source (crypto.getRandomValues) with rejection sampling to remove modulo bias. The winner is decided before the wheel animation begins — the animation only shows you the result. Run a public 250,000-draw chi-square test yourself on the fairness page.

Is it truly random?
